Resolved Question: I'm 13 and I want to be an actress?

I have no expeirence. My school doesn't have talent shows or plays (which sucks) and I live in KS. People say I have good emotion skills (faking emotions, but I'm still working on fake tears) I can do the slap face thing too (can't everyone? Lol) And I can also sing pretty good (well that's what my friends & fam say) Dancing though- idk. the only time I dance is at school dances lol. So how can I get started? What are some agencies and acting studios in KS? (Close to Topeka, Lawerence, Manhattan or Kansas City area if possible). What do agencies usually cost?
